Shipping & Returns
All orders are sent in sealed packaging. Berkanan uses Australia Post for all deliveries. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is to be at home during business hours. If you are not at the specified delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left so you can pick it up from your closest post office, if you are getting receipted delivery.
Sometimes cards get accidentally discarded, so if you believe your parcel should have arrived, check with your local post office first.
Postage & Handling
Domestic Shipping costs for all products are as follows.
- Regular Post $8.00 Flat Rate – Allow 5 - 7 Business Days
- Express Post $11.99* – Allow 1 - 3 Business Days
- Orders placed before 2pm AEST will be sent that day via the postage service you selected.
- All orders placed after 2pm AEST will be processed and sent next business day.
International Shipping costs for all products are as follows;
- Flat Rate Standard Post $45 - Allow for 5 to 27 days
- Free Standard Post when over $300 is spent - Allow 5 to 27 days
Please note: Berkanan cannot guarantee that Australia Post will meet their published delivery times, even for Express Post for every order. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee that the Express Post service provided by Australia Post is a next day service. We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2pm (Monday to Friday) the same day, however at times some orders do not arrive in the published delivery window, which is out of Berkanan's control. We appreciate your understanding in the event this occurs as we aim to provide customers with the fastest delivery times.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Regular postage (via Australia Post):
- Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Gold Coast: Allow 2-5 business days
- Country Victoria: Allow 3-5 business days
- Perth, Regional NSW: Allow 4-7 business days
- Regional WA/NT: Allow 5-14 business days
Express postage (via Australia Post):
- Melbourne Metro: Allow 1-2 working days
- All other areas: Allow 1-3 working days
Delivery times quoted are from the date of despatch, not from the date of order. Berkanan observes NSW public holiday’s and this may affect your despatch date.
Change of mind
If you have changed your mind about something you have ordered, you will need to contact us within 30 days of receipt, advising us of your order # and a brief description of the problem. Once we confirm authorisation to return, you will need to send it back to us unused and in the original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Purchased an incorrect size
If the item you received doesn’t fit and you feel that you need a different size, please contact us within 30 days of receipt advising us of your order # and with details of the size you wish to exchange your original item for. Once we confirm authorisation to return, you will need to send it back to us unused and in the original packaging. Upon receipt of your return will aim to post your item to you within 48 hours via regular post.
